1    SHIPPING


The following shipping costs apply on all orders:

GERMANY -------------- 6,90 €  


EUROPE ---------------- 17,00 €    

INTERNATIONAL ------ 35,00€

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over 200,00 € in Germany and Europe.

 

 

2    DELIVERY


1. All orders will be processed within 72 hours from the date of order.

 

2. Since all products are hand made by a small team, delivery dates may vary and may take up to three (3) weeks. Furthermore, dates of delivery could change due to events beyond our control.

 

3. Deliveries to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees, and custom fees.

For more precise details about the costs involved, please, contact your local government or post office.

 

4. Items returned to the sender due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refusal by the customer to accept or pick up the package in time, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

 

 

3    RIGHTS OF RETURN/EXCHANGE


1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges withing 14 days from the package being received by the customer. Sending shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Made-to-order, reduced price, or sample items may not be returned or exchanged.

 

2. For returns or exchanges, please send an email with your order number and your return/exchange reason to returns@haenska.com prior to sending us the item.

After receiving a return/exchange approval, please send the item to Mommsenstraße 5 10629 Berlin, Germany.

 

3. All items must be returned in original conditions, without any signs of wear.

Please, ship iinside the original package along with a copy of your initial invoice/delivery note.

Return shipping fees must be covered my the customer.

We will dismiss the returns or exchanges if:

- The product shows signs of visible use
- The product is not returned in its original package and/or without product tags
- The product is damaged as a result of return transport
- The product is lost as a result of the return transport
- The product has been damaged as a result of interference by the customer or a third person

We will reimburse (duties, taxes and other expenses excluded) or exchange the product within 7 work days of arrival to the studio.


 
4. If the received item is in any way faulty or does not conform to the order placed, we will gladly refund the following costs incurred upon proof of payment with a receipt:

- The item price
- Sending and return shipping costs
customs, duties and goods taxes paid

 

5. No cost will be covered should the item/s become lost as a result of the return transport.

We highly advise that all items be sent with a transport company that provides tracking services/numbers.

We are really sorry but demand for our bags have been high and even with an additional production run we are now sold out. Only a few natural leather shoppers are left. All other items ordered will be ready for delivery in October.
